Recital played by Kirill Gerstein, the winner of the 10th Arthur Rubinstein International Piano Master Competition
The ballot determines the order of appearance of the competitors for the entire Competition
In Stage I, each competitor performs a recital lasting 40-50 minutes.
In Stage II, the selected 16 competitors each perform a new recital repertoire lasting 50-60 minutes.
In the first part of Stage III, the chamber music section of the semi-finals, the selected 6 competitors each play one quintet with the Aviv Quartet.
In the second part of Stage III, the orchestral section of the semi-finals, the selected 6 competitors each play one classical concerto with the Israel Philharmonic Orchestra conducted by Mendi Rodan.
In Stage IV, the finals, the selected 3 competitors each play one Romantic or 20th century concerto with the Israel Philharmonic Orchestra conducted by Mendi Rodan.
