In a discussion to be chaired by Ronald Harwood, the Guarneri String Quartet who performed and recorded many times with Arthur Rubinstein will celebrate his life and work together with his long-standing record producer Max Wilcox and Janina Fialkowska, Rubinstein's last protege whose career he launched in 1974 after her prize at his inaugural Master Piano Competition.

Street Naming Ceremony in honor of Arthur Rubinstein, Tel Aviv Museum of Arts
Arthur Rubinstein is one of the many artists who had a street named after him in the new Ramat Aviv area of Tel Aviv.
Among the artists who performed at this ceremony is Alexander Gavrylyuk, the first prize winner of the 11th Arthur Rubinstein International Piano Master Competition, 2005. Gavrylyuk played the second movement of Chopin’s Piano Concerto No.1 in E minor, Op. 11.
